Our Values
We design and price for the whole life of a structure. A drain or retaining wall that has to be rebuilt in five years was never the cheaper option.
A new method earns its place on our sites by cutting cost, waste or risk. Our free rebar cutting optimiser is one example: it plans the cuts for a whole bar schedule before any steel is bought.
We keep waste off site, match foundations and drainage to local soils and rainfall, and build so a structure needs fewer repairs over its life.
Every engagement starts with site readings and a review of the data. We confirm the scope before we commit to a cost.
We inspect each stage before the next one covers it, so faults are fixed where they happen instead of turning up on a defects list after handover.
Clients can review the calculations, site diaries and material records for their project at any stage. We keep our own books the same way, as our company constitution requires: transparent accounts, an annual financial report and a reserve fund for emergencies.

Civil engineer and entrepreneur based in Sunyani, Bono Region, Ghana. Founder of KCE Dynamics Limited and ThriveWorks Ghana. Specialises in residential buildings, drainage systems, retaining structures, and data-supported construction project management. PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
